Manitobah Mukluks Storyboot School Success Story Continues

The semi-permanent Manitobah Mukluks Storyboot Project & School was established at the Bata Shoe Museum in Toronto, Canada to simultaneously teach the art of moccasin-making to local Indigenous students while introducing the art and culture to visiting travellers. The project also involves displaying and selling the work of existing Storyboot Artists from across Canada. The aim of the project is to establish a not-for-profit, artist-run Indigenous arts program that will help sustain Indigenous craft while providing cross cultural exchange.
