TreadRight has partnered with leading responsible tourism and sustainable travel organizations all around the world to help implement and facilitate our 60+ projects worldwide. The foundation is continuously working to find the right partners in the destinations TTC visits to help further our mission to MAKE TRAVEL MATTER®. We couldn't do what we do if it wasn't for the tireless work of our inspiring projects partners. They are the experts, pioneers, and leaders in each of their respective fields and it is our privilege to partner with them to further our mission and theirs.
This former TreadRight project works towards leopard conservation. Leopards, while adaptive and successful feline predators and essential to the ecological chain, are experiencing a decline in abundance and distribution due to threats posed by habitat loss, human-wildlife conflict, loss of prey and wildlife crime. Leopards currently occupy 25% of their historical range. Increased research efforts are critical to their conservation.
